Easy Set-up and Operation:

• Simply plug the base station into an existing telephone line. Plug telephone into base station.
• Program the four selected phone numbers by using the telephone keypad. Record the emergency message, also with telephone keypad and handset.
• The user chooses the numbers to be called and the message to be sent.
• To operate, simply pull down on the small ring that is attached to the wireless pendant carried around the users neck or in their pocket.
• 75 foot pendant to base range

 Total set-up requires less than 15 minutes.

Customer Receives:

• One base station with separate AC power adapter.
• One pendant with battery installed.
• All necessary connection cords to attach the base station to the telephone line.

• 110db siren that operates at the same time the dialer is activated and alerts individual in the general vicinity that help is needed.

Special Features:

• Battery back-up system keeps Help at Hand active for three hours after a power failure.
• Special call button on pendant activates a loud buzzer in the base station that alerts individual within the home that help is needed. Also serves as battery life tester.
• Silent dialing provides greater safety when a crime is being committed.
